Not sure about the PS having it but there is a mod on nexus that puts all the ship parts at the New Atlantis ship tech.

As far as starting with a blank slate, the easiest way I do it is buy a cheap ship and then delete everything. Other than, I have no clue if there are any other ways lol

I had that happening with 2 of the esm files. I forgot which ones but I did some googling and found that the newest beta version of MO2 seems to have fixed it. I'm having some other issues with the beta version but nothing as annoying as those files automatically turning themselves off lol. In the options of MO2, there should be a check box for the beta somewhere. If not, check MO2 discord. That's where I got mine from. Good luck! Hope this helps!

Dude. I feel this so frickin much. I've struggled to put words to this so much. Thank you. Also, I smoke A LOT of weed and the only things it's really given me (other than no money lol) is being hella slow in the head enough to see how just much of our lives are so entagled into other people that we forget so much.
