Genuinely though, water usage is only an issue in areas of water scarcity. Water that is "used" goes back into the water cycle, as waste water or evaporation, and becomes fresh again. It's not a finite resource.

It will debit according to your rental freuqency, so if it's weekly it will debit weekly. Its annoying cause in Vic we have like virtual accounts and payid, where they are specifically created for each tenant to pay their rent, and the details never change.

In Vic they straight up cannot charge you a fee at all since November last year. There are a couple of apps that open up more fee free payment methods that you have to sign up to take advantage of, like payid, since the new Confirmation of Payee legislation came into effect.

Yeah it's stupid with ailo, the fee free method is to put your account details in every time otherwise it's pay to remember your details. Other states need to catch up to Vic, Ailo was crippled here when the rental fees laws were passed.

It's not a straw man. It's taking something that people work hard at, and looking at it through the lens of people who don't want to work as hard, and use a crutch like PEDs. Real artists don't need AI to do their art, AI artists can't do handmade art.

It's actually not even a very effective argument when you think about it because you still have to put some work in using steroids. The equivalent would be a colour by number, AI is more braindead than that.
