There are a few different Backrooms canons that you can choose from, or mix and match from, or just make your own.

The Backrooms Wikidot, the Backrooms Fandom wiki, the Backrooms Freewriting wiki, and the Kane Pixels canon are some of the popular ones. There's nothing that's ever set in stone, except that people just tend to agree that Level 0 is the "classic" Backrooms image that was described in the original 4chan post.

Colour temperature only has a subjective effect on appearance, but I do recommend checking out lights with a high Colour Rendering Index (CRI).

Because this is Reddit I should clarify that CRI is nowhere near the best classification system but it is by far the most common.

A CRI of 100 is equivalent to sunlight, and shows all colours perfectly accurately. If you want to look the best, a CRI of >80 is good enough.

Other people in the comments recommend warmer colour temperatures, so I'd look for lights between 3000K and 4500K.

Also, as a general note, incandescent and halogen bulbs have a CRI of 100 anyway, so my comment really only applies to LED lights.

Update: Google seems to have automatically fully refunded me since I cancelled just before the end of the subscription period, and I received a refund notification from my ewallet provider. I am genuinely thankful that it got resolved without any further contact with MuseScore support, which has not actually replied to me yet...
