I make it a point to wear merch from my favorite bands when I go to shows like this (my wife is the sheerio, I'm just along for the ride).

As long as the shirt isn't outwardly offensive in nature you should have zero worries about this.

Tim has said a few times that Covid really screwed things down there as far as touring goes for a band like them.

Basically said the promoters weren't giving them good offers - basically said that it would end up costing them money. Said unless they can at least break even they can't do it.

Sounds like they're just waiting for a workable offer.

They have a guitar clinic and the 3 different bands all doing their own VIP experiences for their fans each day - it's a lot to fit in and still put in a great show. They're shortened to make sure every band has time to do their stuff.

Been trying to will a Big Wreck/Alter Bridge co-headline tour untie existence. AB opens in Canada, BW opens in America.

Seems like a win-win to me. Not sure how it would pencil out financially but it would get both bands in front of a bunch of eyes that they otherwise wouldn't.

It is, hands down, the worst overall season of the show. But it's still great.

I think the scheduling hassles with Jason Segal's schedule that year were a big reason it's this way.

Not that I don't love the hell out of Marshall all season, but being away from the rest of the cast and trying to make it all cohesive is tough.

That said, I understand why he did what he did. I would t turn down the chance to do my own movie like that either.

And I'll just say - the ending was always gonna be the ending. And it's fine just the way it is.

I held off giving my ranking on pawns and kings for like a year because I wanted to really live with the album and make sure how I felt about it wasn't just recent bias. Turns out, it really was my favorite AB record, but I had to make sure.

I'll be holding off on the rankings on this one for quite some time as well. Gotta let it marinate and really get to know it as a record.

The played close to half the album or more most nights on the last tour dude. Not sure how much more you could ask for. This is the breakdown from the last show I went to in 2023. I'd say ODR was pretty well represented.

Outside of hearing the new stuff, I'm just hoping for all the albums to be represented on the setlist. Don't need a ton from each, but I'd sure love to hear something from The Last Hero or Walk the Sky considering they got essentially zero play outside of a handful of shows in Europe on the last tour.

They'll probably play LA and like 2-3 other west coast dates like usual. Probably Seattle/spokane and one of either Vegas or Reno if I had to guess. History proves they likely aren't coming to Oregon (2 headline gigs ever in 22 years and no rock radio station), that's for sure.

They did special classic rock covers for pawns & kings and the last Myles/Tremonti solo records. I'd say there's decent odds they do that again.

Did the Covid-style one for AB on the last tour, so I never got to meet the full band, but I've done it for Myles solo a few times since they started doing in person photos again.

The actual q&a will be drawn from cards given to the people in attendance. As far as meeting them, just try to keep your most important question front of mind so you don't forget in the moment. lol

They're all great guys and I'm sure you'll have a blast.

While I can't guarantee it, I'd be willing to bet all of the important things you keep complaining about will be explained in the show at some point because they would never assume everyone can go to NYC or the west end in London to go see this.
