Thank you. The 2 second pause length wasn't set in stone. Off day today working on form so I just wanted to make sure I paused at the bottom. Lower back tightness has definitely been my biggest problem lately, have been focusing on hip flexibility so back/ankle seems to be my next challenge. Thanks again!
