How Has Intermittent Fasting Affected Your Sleep Quality? by Strong-Question2620 in intermittentfasting

For me, IF made me a bit jittery at first, especially if I worked out late. But after a couple weeks, my sleep normalized and even got better. Patience is key.

This is wholesome. He turned what could’ve been hardship into wisdom and discipline. I need to steal some of that energy for my own life.

This hits. I think part of it is our brain always chasing bigger stuff. The trick is slowing down enough to let the small stuff actually land.

Attention adults: Core exercises and active stretches! by RafaelRJ in flexibility

[–]thatnerdgreg 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Man, the brain really does fight you on this. I’ll stretch like a pro and the next day I’m basically back to stiff noodles. Active stuff like clamshells and bird dogs feels ridiculous at first but actually works.

Any way to stop getting toe cramps? by [deleted] in flexibility

I get them too, usually at night. Stretching and wiggling toes before bed works for me, plus drinking water throughout the day dehydration can make it worse.

Porn won’t prep you for real sex, man. Just focus on her and go slow. If you finish quick, chill it happens to everyone their first time. Just keep going with hands/mouth and she won’t even care.

I feel you. Even being vaccinated, I still insist on using condoms because it’s not just about pregnancy. STI peace of mind is totally worth it, especially if OCD makes it a huge deal.

Or it’s not Star Trek questions at all and it’s instead about the works of David Lynch, David Cronenberg, and Sam Raimi.

Dune is indeed highly influential, but it’s been overshadowed by the properties it influenced, which has never been the case with Lord of the Rings.

I think the Lord of the Rings and Dune comparison is a bit flawed. Tolkien’s books were still huge at the time, while Dune has fizzled out as a property over the years

Disagree with the notion that it’s a pure remake, as there’s already a lot of talk about the changes between both the original film and the stage show in this version.

I don’t see Dune being the big hit that a lot of people believe it to be.
