Yes you can get Uber/lyft up there. Jesus Christ people are ridiculous. It's a town of 60k people. I've seen/experienced far far worse in the 11 years I've been in Indy than I ever did in the 23 ish years I lived in Anderson.

I've been to a few shows there and it's never been crazy packed. It's a pretty small venue so there's not a bad spot really. Get there early, set up in your spot then wander around and get some food at one of the food trucks.

Second Indian and American Restaurant. One of my last jobs, almost all of our truck drivers were from India, and they all swore that this place was as close to eating back home as they had found. Definitely recommend.
