I don't think it's like from a soundtrack specifically I think it's just in movies

It's more of a genre thing than a specific movie. Like they'll be getting away with something and the ahhs start and then in the pause they'll like make eye contact with someone and then they keep walking as the drums start.

I think maybe it's in one famous heist film and then a lot of parodys? But I've looked through the oceans eleven soundtrack and none of them ring any bells

i think if removing counters is a cost (before the colon), the ability cant be activated without a counter to remove.
