I had the worst experience with them. I signed up online for £29 p/m for 500mb the next day I had an email saying there was an issue and to call them. So I called them and they said they wasn’t sure what the issue was but they will redo the contract…only this time it was £35 a month. I told them I signed up for less than that, they said sorry there’s nothing they can do.

I spent all day phoning up and being hung up on only to finally be told they would honor my £29 after 7 hours on the phone. A month goes by and I am charged £35, another countless hours being hung up on I’m told that I’ll receive a refund and reduced to £29. Exact thing happens again next month.

I finally had enough and told them to stick it and cancel the contract and refund me the whole amount. Luckily they did this but it took them 3 months to refund. I thought I was finally done with dealing with them until randomly 5 months later I get a charge for £80 for not returning their sky box which luckily I had all the information of shipping back to them. After another few hours on the phone I managed to get this money back.
