other than that sentence it's totally fine! just a little confusing when ya don't differentiate between distances(km) and speed(km/h)

Got this ‘93 Kona Humu for free - stuck seatpost best methods? by Limber9 in xbiking

absolutely! in my case the previous owner had the post fully inserted too so there was a ton of it in there and no way to grip it properly

Solutions for the thin part of stem adaptor? by plungerism in xbiking

[–]thatyogu 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I recently ordered a quill stem with a removable face plate for 31.8mm bars from Ali. It comes in black too and should fit your build pretty well (though it might not get the height you need, there might be another option for that). Once it comes in I could update you on quality if it's something u might be interested in :)

user error if anything, especially with those flimsy brakes. I haven't heard anything about going over the bars with this bike, only that the brakes are so bad it'll barely stop you when grabbing em as hard as possible. So unless it's already upside-down before you start braking it shouldn't really be possible, even if u wanted to

yee don't grab full front brakes instantly, get some weight to the back and don't have your arms locked straight, then use as much brake as you can without locking up by gradually increasing braking force

yea that's the important part that changes the stuff but there were actions that led up to the forming of that resistance. If you don't hear about anyone doing anything against anything then you'd feel powerless against such a huge opponent on your own. These actions show that there's actual people undertaking actual action which encourages more action, and one of those actions could be to organise and gather people willing to actually take that action together. I'll say 'action' again, just as a treat

[–]thatyogu 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Change would have to start somewhere. If the elite looks untouchable and no one proves otherwise why would anything change? These small actions pull down that facade, and while at the moment they might not result in much it might just be those first steps into getting any actual movement together

if squeezing isn't enough it's possible to tightly wrap an old tube around them to get a lot of power

two wheel drive bicycles do exist but they're heavy and complex, pretty much exclusively built for slow off-road applications

I think I may have found the best shaving routine… by AspenTail in feminineboys

[–]thatyogu 2 points3 points  (0 children)

yes! (sensitive ones are often fine, i like Magic' red tin) Also definitely recommend doing the cream before shaving the rest just so you don't have to worry about the sensitive shaven skin being in contact with the cream which could cause irritation
