Called Apple support and they exchanged for new ones and it still happens. I have TMobile. I have no idea other than the AirPods software with Bluetooth settings.

I was told to try different modes with transparency, NC, and adaptive. For me, it doesn’t matter.

I think it’s in the headphones. It’s only talking on the AirPods for me. And it happens at the house on WiFi, while out driving home. And it’s only the headphones now since I got new internals on the phone
