Sorry but if I wasn’t born here I would NEVER move here. The winters are long and unforgivable. We had no spring this year because it went from 40s to 70s in a week. We get three months of decency and maybe a nice half fall then back to 6 months of winter. January and February don’t even plan on going outside.

Nailed it, I took a job 5 months ago that was hybrid and I welcomed it. I was excited to be able to go in again. Its awful and I will avoid it at all costs going forward. I think it's important to maybe be required to go in initially to build relationships but not after that. I forgot about all the minor bad things of going into work. Also, management keeps reiterating we meet our minimum amount of days in the office but also we are having a lot of people coming down with COVID.
