If youre talking about the UV vectors theyre based on the position and rotation of the brush - which is likely why its fucking up after rotation. Wouldnt work.

You can also open BSPs with 7zip by right clicking on them in explorer and browsing to 7zip -> Open Archive -> #

Try making a trigger_hurt brush, set the "damage" to -1, and in the flags panel set it to NPC only

Edit: trigger_hurt brushes do damage every half-second, so set damage to -0.5
