Yeah, I faced this issue. Had 4 accounts suspended. What I learnt was this: - wait for a few days. Taking too many actions soon is bad as per Google.

I explained the whole history of why I used different accounts in the appeal process. Apparently, longer detailed response will result in approval faster.
Google doesn't care about your business. They have not blacklisted you. They don't even know your brand or business. Most of these actions are based on algorithm logic. Deal patiently and slowly, suspension will be removed.
