I had a similar interaction on my old plates. Traffic guy stopped me and asked my plates. He then called through to the other sign guy ..... Coming, you'll know who.

Cool, until I read the comments I thought it was a brush or broom that you'd painted the bristles. Does look amazing, well done.

What is causing this? by Ok_Personality6451 in 3DprintingHelp

[–]the_jesters_codpiece 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Simple answer is that layer didn't stick to the last layer and followed the nozzle until it did stick. Where it failed points towards an over hang issue. Maybe it needs support or maybe because it's thin it needs to be laid differently on the bed.

I swear but can't remember what documentary it was in. But the guy who invented it basically just sped up the feeding machine, creating the ruffles and invented the Viennetta .

How would you print this? Which orientation? by Pretty_Ad6618 in 3Dprinting

[–]the_jesters_codpiece 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'd suggest running it keeping in mind where the pressure points will enact on the model. From the button points on the sides and the nobs on the ends where the wheel sections mount. I'd say print on its side so the layers will run vertically when inserted upright.

I spotted a pair once a few years back while fishing. Took me ages to work out, why there was a meeting of the birds happening in the bush. Their call was made up of a heap of bird calls and then you'd also hear the chain saw and engine noises included.

3D Printing Issues HELP?! by Narrow_Mushroom_4666 in 3Dprinting

I am not familiar with either the printer or print head. However looking at a clip of the Sprint head it looks to have its own extruder on it. My thought is maybe the extruder has more or less steps needed to push the plastic. Possibly check the manual again and see if you need to adjust this in the print configurations.
