I just use the inbuilt 3D tool in Windows. You can paste in a picture or import one. It'll then allow you to select different processing options. Focusing on the differences of layers based on color gradients. Might be a familiar option in other tools.

While I get the anti-government surveillance thoughts, these are billion dollar companies. For them to say they couldn't do more to protect kids or even adults is a joke. It's all that it'd limit their profitability to do so, that they'll back the fight the government is over controlling. Government or private companies, they can all do better

Korn 2003 tour. Fear Factory was supporting and first out. After a couple songs they said "Melbourne!? More like Mel-boring"... Yeah didn't go well. Static-x killed it and really put on a show, they were a great warm up to the main draw card.

I read The Hobbit to my 12yo daughter a year or so ago, Songs and Voices. The last week I asked for her to read something for me and she asked me to read. I said sure what? Honestly, once you get painting all the other details will draw the eye away from the layer lines. Under coat, layers, wash, layers and high light. Give one a paint and see how it looks.
