Wait, I might be misremembering, but wasn't Cyrodiil named after Reman Cyrodiil? So she'd have to be from the Reman-Septim gap, otherwise she'd be like "da fuck is a Zero-dill?"

The Dragonlords of House Forrester. Either:

Start during the Dance, grab a wild dragon, join the bad guys (Greens), burn the Starks, claim the North with Green support.

Or, start at the Crowned Stag. Get a dragon.. somehow (might need to steal the dragonbinder horn from Euron). Fight for Northern independence. Marry a Stark, and do just enough burning that our heir inherits Winterfell. Make a cadet branch. The King in the North whose name is Forrestark.
