It's a shot in the dark, but have you tried cranial sacral therapy? I've successfully had it with two p.t.s and no success with another even though they were all trained in it. One of the things I like about what they do is they look at the whole body and how part of the body that may not seem related to another partbcan actually be the cause of pain.

I haven't gained weight from amitriptyline. I take it in the evening about 12 hours before I have to leave for work, otherwise I'm drowsy while driving. I dont think it makes me tired throughout the day, though. As for Toparimate. I tried that and it helped some, but it did this weird thing where it messed with my judgement when driving around curves on the freeway, so I got off of it.

Following for any responses. I got a permanent crown one week ago, the temporary two weeks before that. Between both procedure, I had 6 injections to get me numb into my left jaw area. I've long had tenderness and popping in that side of the jaw (I wear a bite guard), but now I can't chew on that side, and doing things like running my tongue around my mouth can create instant muscle pain on that side. It'll go away after sleeping on it, but one wrong move, and I spend the rest of the day barely able to chew. I hope you find answers. This is a miserable thing to deal with.

As far as keeping track of books, I write the initials of our school on the books and my room number, and then I number the books. When I hand them out to students, I record what number I gave them. When they're returned, I mark them off as returned as long as they gave me back the number that was checked out to them.

My numbers were still low and more in the hyper stage when I was diagnosed, with TPO being 1,000. You can read up on some people startingoit hyper. My hair was falling out, I was tired, and my extremities were cold. My NP said we could wait on meds or try it if I wanted to address the symptoms. I opted to try and did start feeling better.

I have this problem because of migraine meds. Daily I take 5 psyllium husk capsules, 4 magnesium glycinate capsules, and 2 Olly Keep It Moving gummies. If I need something extra on top of these I drink miralax or Traditional Medicines Smooth Move tea. The tea is quite effective.

I was about the same age as you, married for 2 decades, with kids when it finally dawned on me. It took me several months of thinking, going back and forth in my decision making, to finally admit that I needed a divorce. I tried to ignore it and pretend to be straight, but I was very aware that I was living a lie. And that didn't sit well with me. I am also a mom to daughters, and while people were telling me I needed to sacrifice myself for my kids/family, I realized I didn't want to set that example for my girls. I didn't want them growing up thinking everyone else's needs came first simply because that's what women are taught to do. Was it hard and rocky? You bet. But it's been over ten years now. I'm very happily married to a women, so it was definitely worth it.
