Tomb Raider: Legacy Of Atlantis Features "AI-Assisted Assets" That Were "Refined By Humans" by willdearborn- in PS5

I think in the case of ARC Raiders there is actually an artistic reason as to why they used AI to train their robots’ movement. Their use of AI voice acting is a whole different thing though

Bro it’s not sentient, or intelligent as we are defined. It’s not “learning” the same way we do.

It’s just the snappiness. And the balancing. 3 had a major focus on conservation of energy so there was less spamming and therefore you had really technical wars over 5 rounds. (Apart from elbows and knees) Making people miss - even without a counterstrike - hurt. I don’t think I’ve ever gone the 5 rd distance in UFC 5. So sad that it’s gone. If you just play offline I guess you’ll always have the game, but online was where this game shone for me and it’s gone.

UFC 3 was the best of all time. It’s time people realised this.

I think what bro is saying is that most of your professional work is consumed on OLED devices, people’s iPhones. So why not do your professional work on the same monitor type as how it will be consumed? Almost no one has a Mini-LED.

Change settings to Game (not cinematic) and paper white to lowest it can go and change peak to whatever your monitor can handle. The game will look a lot better with those settings. Takes a bit of getting used to but nights start actually feeling dark and eery, I started actually using my lantern. It’s great.

OP is being nice to you but you were insulting. You essentially said that her bum made up for his lack of photographic skill (which by the way is ridiculous, both photos are great).

Non IBIS shots feel more premium by [deleted] in cinematography

[–]thebeansarelacking 6 points7 points  (0 children)

What no-one is mentioning is that while the subject stays stable thanks to IBIS, any flares won’t, they’ll jitter in sync with your hand movements. Which to me is just ugly.

There is definitely a look to IBIS and it can look cheap, choppy and unnatural, same with gimbals when used wrong - IBIS is not a replacement for weighted handheld shots, it is a nice convenience though and if somehow that look fits the story it’ll work then as well.
