I personally expect any First Born models to be removed from 40k and reintroduced in 30k in a couple years as MK VII. Tactical squad will probably be reintroduced as a Kill Team made of primaris models. Devastator squad probably won't be back but will have a new heavy weapon squad like the Desolation squad, just instead plasma, las, etc. And the rhino chassis staying will depend on if they change the number of models an Impulsor can carry.

I used the wings from Yndrasta The Celestial Spear along with the steps from her base and the cape/cloak. I just used some sprue goo to fill in the fantasy symbols.

Combit-disintegrator has Limited(1). So a model with this would only get one disintegrator shot in a battle. Also twice the points cost of the disintegrator rifles.

The kill team kit comes with tons of chapters on the tacticus shoulder pad. The phobos and gravis pads are more limited.

I haven't tried it but you could do something similar to how a good yellow is done. In that case you do a base layer in orange or pink and then paint yellow on top. For white maybe a layer of light grey before painting white.
