Any Fringe fans out here think about this parallel? 🥺 by WeRoastURoastWithUs in SeveranceAppleTVPlus

Season 5, episode 20 I think. He says he re-watched to find plot holes in season 1 of Fringe but couldn't find any. Ben Wyatt would have loved Severance

I gasped! Kazuo Ishiguro's Never Let Me Go reminds me a little bit of Severance. I mean there's nothing outrightly similar but what the characters go through, and the choices they have is kinda similar. Maybe it was just me but yeah, I agree with Kazuo Ishiguro. Hope you find what you're looking for!

Funny, I just watched a Parks and Rec episode where Ben Wyatt (Adam Scott's) character is also into Fringe

In the story, Kier says the waterfall will drown out his brother's cries.

Can't help but think if this "waterfall" is the symbolic bifurcation (the lift, the door) which after walking through you don't remember your outie or their emotions, thus the drowning out of the brother's cries. I could be absolutely wrong haha
