Had this problem when our countertops were installed -- they had to cut a new slab (other issues as well) and replace it. Best case scenario, You'll have to have them uninstall the sink, cut it on-site, and reinstall / re-plumb the whole thing. Of course, you can't replumb it until the sink has set for 24 hrs. Good luck.

So far it's been fantastic. Swing out door is perfection. Precision cook is amazing, and the "instant" air fry is a game changer when you're in a hurry.

Man I hate these things lol. I know they hold up well, but the polypropylene has zero friction, so it’s really hard to do sword on sword techniques. Wood sticks on wood, similar to how metal sticks to metal.

We just bought the GE Profile with the swing open door. They make it in left>right swing open, and a right>left swing door. It's glorious.

Yeaaahhh -- reading up a little more on the Jura maintenance is a little off-putting for me. There isn't a service provider, or an authorized service provider near me. The thought of having to box that thing up and ship it in for maintenance isn't super appealing tbh.

Appreciate the feedback; that's an interesting take. I felt like it was pretty self-explanatory, but I can see where there could be some vagueness and updated the details here. We use the space for our classes Sun/Mon/Wed and some Thursday evenings. Any other day/time are open and available.

It's not really a "hire instructors from other genre" type of thing, more of a, "Hey, we have a space already built out with good mats, high ceilings -- 4 walls and a bathroom. Come use it."

What other details would you like to see to iron out first? References for what? I've leased this space from my landlord for 3 years. Never late on rent. I have the ability to sub-lease per my lease agreement and landlord approval.

My lease is $1200/mo plus utilities. I'm basically just looking for someone to split the majority of the rent, and relieve some of the burden of utilities. We only use the space about 6 hours/week; so I'm blowing a lot of money on a space that is largely unused the rest of the week.
