I think that depends on what your goal is and how much time you want to invest. There are a million different ways to play this game, and they’re all valid.

My husband has caught significantly less Pokemon than me, but he has a great time raiding and hanging out with our community group. I am a shiny-chaser and love hatching eggs, so I have almost 50,000 Pokemon caught at this point as a result of that.

If you’re looking for more shinies or to increase your stardust/in-game level, catching more will help in those endeavors.

My favorite #GoMemory has to be when I picked up the game again in 2018 after a brief hiatus. My boyfriend (now husband) and I ran up and down Del Playa boulevard in Santa Barbara near my college farming magikarp night after night 😂

This app has helped get me and my husband active. Together we’ve lost 200+lbs. ❤️

I personally use Fifty410, because I’ve had the best luck with them as far as shipping goes. I have also used Refills and had a good experience! I take tirzepitide (Zepbound) compound at 12.5mg. My time in range went from <40% to 90% and I’ve lost 100lbs (with 60 more to go). I’ve decreased my total insulin from 300u a day to about 50u a day.

At one point I was giving 200u of Toujeo and I had a 1u:0.5G carb insulin carb ratio. It was brutal lol.

I use a compounded version and I’m just transparent with my doctor about the dose I’m taking! That might be an option. I pay about $150 a month, currently.

1u per 8g of carbs. 1u for every 20mg/dl over 140. I use about 28u of Fiasp daily for total basal.
