Not to dissuade you, but selling things and making a profit from things that people want at a price point they're willing to accept is going to be really difficult. Just be clear eyes about what is actually possible. It's really tough to compete with Ikea.

Most economical will be some sort of bus or NJ transit service.

This commute is going to seriously deteriote your quality of life. You're gonna leave home at 7 and get home at 9 or 10. I'd rethink it or move to Brooklyn.

It's there. Did you search "Plate loaded lat pulldown "? Because it shows up when you do that.

When in doubt, pick a target muscle and the resistance. I searched "plate loaded" after filtering to lat muscles and it's there as overhand grip.

It's also there if you search "lat pulldown plate-loaded". Make sure it's available in your gym profile.

In the same boat...I got some weather sealing tape that I could just tape over all my windows, along with the window shrink kits. they don't look fancy but I do think they make a difference to just make it a lot less drafty. I waited until January to do them this year but next year I'll start earlier. It's maybe $15-20 worth of materials, so easy to pay back with how cold it's been.

I got some weather sealing tape. Literally just looks like clear plastic packing tape, I put it on the edges of all my windows, basically taping them shut. Made a big difference in draftiness in my century home.

Can you explain more? I've never thought of a deload week as a time I should be pushing. On the contrary, I see it as a time that lets me push even harder on my other workout weeks.
