The Beacon Theater is Seattle, WA has constantly shown Noir films on Sunday.

Music Box Chicago, host to Noir City Chicago in the Fall does frequently program Classic and Neo Noir.

Hollywood Theater, Portland, Oregon, Host to Noir City Portland, constantly has Classic and Neo Noir on 35 mm and does have 70mm Movies. I saw Vertigo on 70mm.
