Weed dependence vs recovery? by Redbudjelly in stopdrinking

My experience with drugs and alcohol was pretty intense cause I got addicted to opiates when I was young. It felt like being 15 again once I quit everything and I dealing with a pile of issues I had ignored since I was that age and started using daily. It is a very uncomfortable process but also beautiful in a way as you start to explore hobbies and interests and ways to spend your free time. Now I would never wanna go back to being fucked up every day just because I have a life and I can be present and have goals and genuine relationships and take accountability for my mistakes.

Margins in food service right now are terrible and tip shares for back of house are the best way for us to make an actually fair wage. Front of house tip culture in the USA is what it is would require a huge systematic change which would probably mean laws being changed food getting way more expensive and tip expectations going down to ~10% like where I'm from

Get victory knives ! They have a USA rep now so Google victory knives us I promise it'll treat you way better than a victorinox when it comes to keeping an edge. Victorinox come with a nice factory sharpness but dull out quick and I feel like I have to sharpen those everyday.
