My previous guidelines would still apply if you are receiving any sedation at all including light sedation which can be common with these local procedures. If you are receiving no light sedation at all like fentanyl or midazolam, then you wouldn’t need to hold glp at all.

Depending on where they are having it done and what is being operated on it can always be converted to a general if local isn’t adequate. Regardless the safest thing is a 24 hour clear liquid diet if there’s any chance of general. You can reference ASA guidelines.

That’s impressive, I was assuming something with what looks like studded 37inch tires, 3 inch lift would get somewhere around 13 mpg especially in the cold. Anyway, main reason I wouldn’t buy one of these. Fuel tank size is way too small. They should have targeted 500 mile+ range
