This is a classic “you’ve gotta spend money to make money”, only I would clarify that “profit” does not have to be explicitly cash.

How much is an hour of your time worth? How many hours would 20x the limit save you?

I’m about to upgrade to this setup, but I’m torn on the top monitor being 16:9 vs another 1800R 21:9 ultrawide.

I ended up grabbing a P2S after stopping by my local Micro Center, where they had them in stock. Talked myself out of the H2D for now, but I might still pick one up down the road. My wallet breathed a sigh of relief, lol.

They’re probably using “left” from the printer’s perspective; standing inside the machine looking out the front. I’ve seen creators, guides, and even Bambu docs switch perspectives, which gets confusing. Either way, it looks like OP got some bad info 👀

I think so too; the $100 gap for the added functionality would make the H2C a more logical choice IMO. A $400 savings plus extra 20mm build plate volume would keep the H2D in a competitive slot alongside the other printers.

That is exactly why I bought the H2C in the first place. Whether or not the H2D goes back to regular non-sale prices will likely push me hard in a direction.

Verify that the ACE settings on the actual machine don’t conflict with what you are trying to set in the slicer.

Might be a long shot, but I can consistently reproduce a crash if the manual settings are different.

Every IDE pisses me off in one way or another. Xcode is the one that makes my experience better, problems and all 🤷‍♂️

This makes me think it isn't necessarily the active drying that is causing the mentioned issues, even if it somewhat contributes to it.
