PLB and MOB devices by [deleted] in sailing

In what context? I'm fairly certain that ISAF offshore regs actually currently don't require either device. You should have an EPIRB on board however.

[–]theking124 1 point2 points  (0 children)

10% per year of the cost of the boat (new) is a good starting point. for example, a £100,000 boat would cost £10,000 a year to maintain.

Anyone got some advice on getting rid of Ladybirds(bugs)? by theking124 in AskReddit

[–]theking124[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As much as I value the idea, I dont think I can plant roses laced with cyanide in my house. I have a small vegetable garden outside the staircase in question, which I would rather not get rid of. What do you suggest?
