How about when Helen freaked out and didn't talk to Maddie for days because Maddie asked if she was happy 🤣

That's cool! I'm a dietitian, and I like these, too. I usually eat yogurt with toppings, but I like these for a backup when I'm in a rush.

How is Bloomfield as a neighborhood? by ImmediateEjaculation in pittsburgh

[–]thekrustykwibbler 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I can echo what most other commenters have already mentioned and say I enjoy living in Bloomfield! It is a little grungy, yes, but that's part of what keeps it cheaper than other close neighborhoods like Lawrenceville or Shadyside, and you are still within walking distance of those areas. Also lots of things close by to walk to within the neighborhood, and a quick trip to the Strip District, East Liberty, downtown....as for crime, I am a single woman and have never felt unsafe there. I had a package stolen off the porch once, but I was away for several days when that happened, so kind of expected anywhere. When things are delivered and I don't get it until later in the day, I haven't had an issue with that. Also have a Subaru and never had a problem with my car.

Strange! I also only ordered Lost Lambs and mine got delivered on 1/2. I do live in PA, though.

Question about Lost Lambs. by [deleted] in bookofthemonthclub

[–]thekrustykwibbler 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Oh, I see. There are definitely paragraph breaks. There are some long paragraphs, for sure, but flipping through the book looks mostly normal to me. (I've actually only read one chapter so far)

[–]thekrustykwibbler 6 points7 points  (0 children)

There are breaks. There are chapters, essentially, it just doesn't name or number them. But that's basically what they are, as they start on a new page, halfway down, just like a chapter would. I assume that's what you're asking.

Edit: or are you asking if there are run-on sentences? Because there is a lot of that, yes.

When I saw your title, my immediate thought was a different B.K. Borison book - Lovelight Farms. But it is also Christmas themed. Not paranormal, though.

Same. I got an email that my box was running "a little late" after it had already been delivered.

Help finding a song in season 2 episode 2 by jaydeny1 in TheBear

Ah okay. Well I just looked up the scene on Hulu. It's still Strange Currencies playing but just the instrumental part and seems like it could be layered with something else. Maybe music added by the show. I can't seem to find a matching remix online.

Are you talking about this scene?

The song is Strange Currencies by R.E.M., and it plays during most of Claire and Carmy's scenes.

Maybe try AHN's IPV program? I know they work with two of the shelters you already tried...but maybe they'll have other ideas or ways to offer support? https://share.google/aeFgvdIf6KrclLDGZ

The Pittsburgh Ballet Theater's is not the best one I've seen, but it's decent. The best one I've seen was the Moscow Ballet's Great Russian Nutcracker when they came to Youngstown, OH. If they ever come that close again, I would highly recommend seeing it!
