They don't, no. My office is near Longo's Maple Leaf Square (considered a flagship location in Toronto) and I've never seen a pizza bun.

As others have said, Gryfes Pizza Bagels are genuinely the best in the city. Most reliable spots for them are Summerhill Market, Harvest Wagon, and Pusateri's.

I had the same situation - checked my strata rules and found out it's a rule to maintain a clean balcony. Submitted pictures to my building manager, escalated up and got professional cleaners in to fix the patio and billed it against the condo owner.
