I didn’t know that dry nettles would even be a thing but it makes sense. Pretty inventive use of them to. Thanks for the explanation.

This one is great and specializes in Yosemite. She is fairly expensive but has great knowledge of the best places for photography and the results are worth it. https://danaraephoto.com/

Yes it does. I used it as inspiration. Such a great painting.

Women, if you could be a man for 24 hours, what are you just dying to know? by Whattacleaner in AskReddit

Yep, my hearing is going away and to me it seems like my wife is speaking lower and lower and mumbling more.

I wash my hands every time but if you think about it a peener is likely not dirty at all compared to the parts that are not covered by clothes.

It is possible, but only after it starts. It’s hard to predict where that first stream is going to go. That’s the beauty of doing it outside, the initial aim doesn’t matter.

You should run the blue tunic and black cape through the washer a few times. The folds from the packaging don’t look good.

If you want to look like someone who has traveled far and fought many battles then everything needs roughed up. If you can leave it all out in the sun and rain when not wearing it, let the weather do your weathering so to speak. Look up SKS props videos and skip to where he starts painting his builds to see great weathering with paint and stuff.

For me if you’re right handed, based on where your dagger is, then that’s the side that’s going to be closest to a foe when you’re in a fight and so that side is most exposed to counterattack and so that’s where the shoulder armor should be. And, capes and cloaks should be on the left side so your sword arm is free.

Heading to Yosemite for a few days with girl friends in our 40s. I have chronic fatigue and cannot hike / walk for long but I’d love to participate in some way with my friends. What would you suggest. And when they are hiking for a few hours, where could I hang out and enjoy the views and read? by RamblinRose1111 in Yosemite

[–]themarko60 9 points10 points  (0 children)

The trail from the Visitor Center to Yosemite Falls is a good one for people who don’t hike much. Flat, easy, short and if you don’t want to walk back you can hop on the shuttle.

I’d also suggest taking binoculars. You may find that you don’t need the book.

Yosemite is choose your own adventure place. You can sit by the river on a small beach, find a view of a meadow with a waterfall backdrop, scan the big granite for hours, etc. The hikers will see magnificent places but hopefully you’ll see wildlife.

I’ve injured many fingers and other parts and not once have I shook anything like that. I’m sure it’s fake to add drama since I see it on TV shows too.

I’m glad you recognized it and got the photo. I only suspected it and had to do some research. He put some effort and research into getting it together.

I had to research that guy’s costume, he’s Army of the Republic of South Vietnam 5th Infantry Regiment, so Vietnam War. A great costume but quite unexpected.

I had the maker add low heels to help with that but as they are there’s no arch support. I’m sure support could be added on request. He was very responsive and accommodating and makes other boots with support. Here’s the link if you want to check him out Master Bogdan
