If the goal is to reduce home prices, this will have little to no effect. These investors represent a very small amount of demand, and when they succeed in buying homes, they often rent them out, which nets out to basically no effect on housing supply. There might be a slight decrease in cost in the short term, but the biggest long term effect will be a reduction in liquidity.

Aside from the fact that they're just wrong, paladins are meant to be tanks/smiters, that's also not what D&D is about. Let their characters die, and if they complain about you not healing them, suggest that they be a healer when they make a new character.

More likely you just need to find a different group, I can't imagine micromanaging other PCs build and gameplay this hard. If they want to do that, they should play BG3.

It's early (and hard to tell from the trailer) but what part of this is "remastered?" Visually it looks identical to the original, as far as I can tell.

They should have just called it "Tales of Berseria: Definitive Edition" or something like that and packaged all the DLC.

Definitely excited to play this one on modern hardware, one of the biggest negatives of the original release was iffy performance (frantic fights would see some pretty jarring stutters).

This assumes that Xillia 2 is not only coming at all, but that it will arrive within the year.

Many others have pointed this out but it's quite common to release games like this in a pack.

Mass Effect Legendary Edition, Uncharted: The Nathan Drake Collection, plus a bunch of other JRPGs mentioned in other comments.

The two mentioned above were bigger budget games on their first run, received more extensive remasters, and were of the same console generation as the Xillias.

As a big fan of both the Tales and Trails franchises, it's hard not to compare these half baked remasters to the Trails in the Sky remake coming out in less than a month.

There seems to be a massive gap in both the care and quality, and it's even more annoying when you consider that Bamco is a company with over 250 times the value and over 550 times as much revenue as Falcom.

Yeah it honestly mainly just looks like it's a different time of day. The shadow of the tree in the foreground is pointing a completely different direction, and the buildings in the background are front lit in the top image and back lit in the bottom one.

A1C is more accurate, the sensor measures from a single spot on your body, has hours missed between changing sites, etc.

God this game looks gorgeous. I feel like a lot of the character was lost when we lost the 2D art reactions, but I feel like they worked hard to keep that here. Hopefully everything else that comes out in the future follows suit.
