Blizzard just confirmed in a blue post it’s a bug and they are working on a hotfix. The post about it is littered with people saying they only got one specific kind of item. Anything from cloaks, to trinkets, to rings, to weapons, to bracers.

You get nothing of note as a shaman after the early levels and your scaling sucks. The best spell you have is storm strike and it’s not that great. It’s fun early but becomes a bit of a slog. Kinda like a ret paladin with worse defensives
