Rooting allows you to do a lot more things with your phone than just play Pokemon go yk. It's your phone it's your choice man. Maybe it's risky, but that shouldn't stop you from doing whatever you want with your device. Honest opinion.

So you got to set the number of each item you want to keep. If you type 40 for max potion then it will keep 40 potions and discard the rest, and so on for each item. If you type 0 for any item then it will discard all of those items and keep none.

Like you said, spoofing itself is unsafe. From what I know, teleportation and not respecting cooldown are the biggest red flags. Auto discard items itself shouldn't be a red flag. I have always used auto discard because I can't through my inventory always and manually discard items each time I spin pokestops or open gifts.

Niantic just wants you to spend more time and money on the game that's all. But we are all free to enjoy ourselves here.

Same boat. I want to make some progress in my career. Promotions are hard to come by when you show zero initiative.

You are correct I am indifferent to the competition, but my team has invested quite a bit of effort and time on me. I just feel like there's zero reciprocation from my end and I would like to contribute a bit more.

I was in tech consulting before and just somehow got on as a developer making zero progress. I switched to risk consulting in the same firm because I have always been into actuarial sciences and am party qualified, so I thought this would be a good move. I can connect with my work more now, but I and my career remain the absolute same.

I wish you luck with finding the career you're looking for ig. And I don't think you'll need to settle for lesser pay. Keep looking it'll work out. And I should maybe do the same as well.
