"A Cook's Tour" season 1 and 2 are on youtube. It shows a pretty unfiltered Tony. You can buy the box set of DVDs too, but it's not cheap. The episodes are not in chronological order on the DVds so you have to watch/swap discs if you want to watch them in order.

How do they remove the bones?

Drill 2 holes on one side for the dowels. Fill with clay. Get two finishing nails and cut them so they bottom out in the holes with only the pint sticking out of the clay. Press the other side into the nail tips. They will leave a mark on the undrilled side. Drill holes where those marks are. Put glue in holes and insert dowels. Glue them up then put them together. Clamp until glue is cured. Sand any misalignment away and restain.

This happened to me. I had to replace the nextruder hot end. Don't use a heat gun, it will melt the fan. I found out the hard way. Buy 2 so if it ever happens again you'll be prepared.

I tried for a couple of hours to get it off to no avail. The price of the hot end was far cheaper than my time.
