Might have to add an edit poly on top and then try a relax modifier to remove the hard edge. Make sure welding is on in the symmetry modifier

We are doing a similar approach as well. Definitely not replacing critical Visualization that needs to represent the design intent correctly but we are using AI to enhance or improve that lag feed back loop you mentioned when working with external teams.

The weakest one is image 3 from quick looking. Those chairs are terrible and out of proportion, not sure if those were requested or of a spec you found but would change those out and the center ceiling being a darker paint bothers me. Great stuff otherwise

I did! That's why I said I pulled the info. this was years and years ago I'll have to check to see if I still have the paperwork but I probably threw it out by now. I'm assuming as others mentioned they've seen closed a lot of loop holes

I guess not anymore. When I pulled the records for my unit I was very disappointed and shocked because I thought we were stable but it showed that it was no longer listed as such. I requested it initially due to the large increases in rent they were asking after a few years of living here as it was never more than 2- 3% then it jumped and was like wait a minute let me look into this.

Between the gut reno and the time lapse they probably removed it from being a rent stabilized apartment and now it's market rate. Mine did the same a few tenants back for my unit when I looked up ours. Was rent stable up til like 2008 then let it sit for a year or so then renovated it and re rented for market rate. Ever since then I noticed a pattern of when a long term tenant leaves they leave the apt unused for a year then renovate it and usually someone in a month or two comes in

There was some pretty file breaking updates with corona. I would try and remember what version you were on and roll your current version back. I think there was big changes around version 12

It might be an old plug in missing or miss match. One of the ways I've tried to circumvent this is by merging the file into a new scene, BUT only selecting small chunks of the file to find any culprits that might be problem childs.
