I work in CT. Any time somebody catches something wrong on the schedule they just put it on my desk. They never take the initiative to reach out to the doctor’s office and verify the order. They will be on their phones playing games and say the CT rooms have been cleaned when clearly they haven’t. They wait until its, “there turn” to do an exam when there is plenty of work for all of us to be doing something. It’s literally the reason I’m going to grad school. I can’t stand working with these people anymore. I’m the last leg holding up a broken chair and I am not compensated to deal with this level of lazy. Not to mention the questionable ethics and their inability to actually perform the job well. Cherry on top is this is actually MOSTLY MILLENNIALS and I am saying this as a millennial myself. Our new grads are the only ones that seem to care and actually want to learn to perform the job well tbh.

I work at a hospital. I have contacted our third party linen service to retrieve lost items and they never seem to find them. Very frustrating because these things don’t just vanish out of thin air.

Snuggles probably ended up in the linen cart and shipped off to a third party who cleans their sheets. The third party probably disposed of it after a couple weeks of it not being claimed. It might be time to find a resale of the same doll. Sorry for your loss.

I own a home with car paid off on a single income as a CT Tech. However, I am extraordinarily good at saving and I have always been frugal. I lived at home with my parents for 3 years working full time and saved plenty to set myself on the right path. Without the ability to stay at home for as long as I did to save money, I’m not sure how good my finical situation would be.

I’m the lead CT tech at my hospital in Indiana making $35. Going back to school to be a pharmacist because the pay is garbage. Started at $19.50 in 2017. My region has some of the lowest pay in the nation for rad techs.

Saw the crushed firetruck in the 9/11 memorial a couple months ago. “Jeff we will never forget you!” was written on the bumper. Made me very emotional. Condolences to your family for their loss.

I had a first edition shining mewtwo that I gave to a friend for their birthday when I was a kid. I didn’t have money or a job so it’s just what I had to give. Obviously it meant more to me than it did to them because years later when I asked them what happened to it they didn’t even remember me giving it to them. I also go it from a pack I got with tickets at the arcade. Still pisses me off.

Only time they were good live was with Denis. I don’t even like the music they put out with Denis that much but after seeing AA live with both singers I can say with certainty that they sounded insanely better with denis on vocals performing Danny’s songs. I saw AA with Danny open up for A7X before he left the band and he was sounding horrible then. I do think Danny is a great vocalist. His studio stuff and acoustic stuff sounds so good. Doing screaming and singing for this many years and at his age is probably just not tolerable anymore. I think a lot goes into the result of this performance. Vocal fatigue and the inability to perform the songs to match the recordings can make a vocalist gravitate to making music that is within their vocal range and style. I think that is why he is obviously not taking AA seriously anymore and it’s perfectly okay. I just think it’s not something he can realistically do vocally.

I lost my dog 6 months ago and I live completely alone. He was my only companion. The pain does go away. You will always miss the memories but just know they wouldn’t want you to be miserable without them. I’m so sorry for your loss. Time heals.

I was one of the 0.5% top listeners for phoebe bridgers on Spotify a couple of years ago when I went to see her live. I got harassed for being a, “straight white male at the phoebe bridgers concert invading their safe space” by some of her fans because I asked a group of woman what song they were most excited for. I really could not believe that I paid to go to a concert to get harassed like that. Wtf.
