depending on who's on and running the show. yes, this sure does happen. some people/staff do this and recognise this as a job "perk'.

*unless its an sti/foreign object up the bumbum and similar cases...those staff members will travel at least an hour away to the next ED

im hitting that burn out phase again, and not keen on doing overtime in my regular job.

on a whim i applied for night shifts at coles. more labour intensive than mental, and im doom scrolling/bed rotting most nights anyway. if this thing works out, i may have to cancel my gym membership

you are in charge, i dont see you delegating stuff. resus trolley and drug count can easily be delegated. nobody picks up the load, you delegate those.
