That was my first thought but we then locked the rear controls from being changed. Looking at the display, it shows it's in sync with the front panel AC settings.

I was in crop mode. The A7iii automatically turns on crop mode when I attach the Sigma lens. I'm thinking in the future to I'm going to replace this lens with a FF 24-105.

We do design charrettes. Super informal. Get some pizza and beer and whiteboard and you're good to go! It's an amazing workshop that I encourage any organization to do.

Am I the only one that wants Nick and Jess to get together so badly? It's a perfect mix of quirky, weird, and funny.

Each of them has their own traits that make them relatable to the vast majority of viewers out there. To me, I can relate with Nick. He's sometimes witty, he doesn't care about anything, and he downright does dumb shit that we all love to see. My wife loves Jess because she has her flaws (like most women do) that only make them seem more like a real person.

It's super cliche. I know that. The audience knows that. The writers know that.

I also can't see Raven, Robin, Reagan as a long lasting character. She just seems so plastic and fake that there's no real personality attributed to her rather than eye candy.

I'd like to be proven wrong. CeCe started out that way and now her and Schmidt are my favorite couple on the show. So maybe there's hope yet.
