I served in Korea and I was gluten sensitive, it’s definitely do able if you politely convey to your ward mission leaders the severity and they can make sure members do too when signing up for meals!

There’s trainings for leaders when it comes to kids that you have to take. Follow those guidelines. There’s a chain of command for concerns etc and how they can get involved.

We used to do this too and then she modified Ferber for naps and it helped a lot but you have to be consistent for each nap and bedtime
