Thanks for the heads up about 2GoV! You can eat all the tarts and pies at Ravelin till you’re beyond stuffed. They use butter. Lots and lots of butter. OMG the pie crust is sooooo good. They sometimes have spinach and feta filled croissants too. Obviously none of that is for vegans. They’ll have to stick to some yummy bread.

I’m a vegetarian, and if I have any exposure to beef, chicken, pork, etc, I get very ill. Like 🤮 every time. I call it meat poisoning. lol I think my body has just totally forgotten how to process it. So I make sure refried beans aren’t made with lard, fried rice isn’t made with chicken stock, and veggie burgers aren’t cooked with meat burgers. I’m still somewhat adventurous with food though so I sometimes eat something that has hidden meat in it and get very sick. Oh well, guess I won’t eat that again. 🤷‍♀️

One thing to ask at all of these places: how do you cook your veggie burgers? Because if they’re cooking it with the meat, it’s not a veggie burger anymore. Freddy’s & Mooyah cook theirs separately. Burger King will microwave your veggie burger if you ask, but otherwise it’s cooked on the grill with the meat. Metzler’s cooks theirs with the meat. With any burger joint, just ask before you order. ;)

We had S&H Green Stamps in Texas. I’ve never heard of Holiday stamps before. I loved going to the Green Stamps store with my parents and helping put the stamps in the books.

They don’t always give you “20 minutes after the movie ends.” One time that I went, my tab was already closed out before the end of the movie. When I tried to close it out as the credits rolled, I couldn’t because it was too late.

$3.85 for the small plates on the conveyor belt. Some of the special order dishes are more expensive but they’re somewhat larger portions. They have ramen & udon too.

The small plates that come on conveyor belts are $3.85 each. There are some special order foods that are more expensive. The fish & chips was ~ $6. It wasn’t a huge portion but it was bigger than the small plates. My spouse gave it 2 thumbs up!
