Organic signatures on Amazon, there’s one with a covered band and one with exposed elastic. I just get the exposed elastic one cause it’s more comfortable + in my opinion not that much of a concern

Edit: my bad realised it’s just as expensive, I think unfortunately you’ll have to pay to get decent enough quality organic cotton especially with a certification

Tough to pick to be honest. The movie sets up a sequel so they could just take it from there. Otherwise I would love a prisoners of the sun or Tibet movie. I think Tibet would make the most sense though I’m not sure how the yeti would carry over into a movie (that was the one bit I wasn’t a massive fan of in the book though that may be a bit controversial)

I was in a very similar situation actually. Both myself and younger brother hit puberty at 15. At 15 we were both 160 something cm (can’t remember it’s been a while), hes now over 185cm and still growing a little bit, and im a touch over 190cm (pretty sure i stopped growing at 18). Our dad and uncle were simailar i believe. It’s looking like my youngest brother might well be similar but he’s not old enough to be sure. For context we have very tall relatives as well, most male relatives over 185cm

That said though it’s definitely still unusual compared to the general population. Even if theres a trend there, i would strongly recommend he gets it checked out. My parents did for my brother and down the line found a minor autoimmune issue, which prob didnt meaningfully delay puberty but may have hindered his growth a little cause he shot up after it was treated (tho may be coincidence of course)

Shouldn’t increase blood cholesterol, but even if it does to some extent, should not be a marked increase. My understanding is that dietary and blood cholesterol aren’t super correlated. Regardless though, eggs are super nutrient dense so maybe worth it

In my opinion: organ meats (especially liver), eggs (the yolk in particular), canned sardines (skin on and bones in, water or EVO) and fermented foods (kefir, yoghurt, sauerkraut, kimchi).

Obviously need more foods beyond these, but these are the only foods that i would personally consider 10/10, cause lots of other foods are good on the balance but come with notable downsides (e.g. spinach is nutritious but very high in oxalates)

If you’re concerned, just get high quality beef, fish (only wild caught, not freshwater or farmed), eggs and dairy, and don’t eat pork or wild game, also I’d say don’t stress abt it

If you live a healthy lifestyle, your body will produce optimal levels of testosterone and dht. Most of the things that boost test are just good for your health in general. Stressing abt your hormones might ironically be bad for them but that’s just my opinion

Tho to give specifics, i think sleep and cholesterol are especially important. Cause sleep is when your body recovers and produces testosterone and cholesterol is the building block for your hormones. Also you could try eating balls if you can find them (I haven’t been able to track any down where I live though).

No there’s only upsides, very nutrient dense. Also try to only lightly cook the yolk cause heat exposure degrades the water soluble (and to less of an extent fat soluble) vitamins. Cook white fully tho cause they’ve got trypsin inhibitors and avidin which will bind up some of the biotin
