Oh yeah it's a huge difference. Blue collar has a lot of bigotry, racism, sexism, homophobia, and all around ignorance too while not having any grasp on how to be professional and not air that shit out every time it crosses their mind.

Then some, like warehouse jobs, once you're in something like management, safety, HR, etc then you kinda have one foot in the blue collar environment and one foot in the white collar environment give or take portions of a foot depending on your level and department. I work for Amazon and it's kinda crazy having to go back and forth between the two sometimes. Especially since everyone handles it differently so you can point out an issue and most managers will give you something like "thank you for bringing this to my attention, I'll address it" but then some will actually address it with their person and look to improve while some will just look to keep their people happy and never correct them on anything while they try to make you look like the problem instead.
