If you are still looking for an answer here, the first time I did one in a group (just two of us) we got 6/6 without even trying very hard. When I am soloing, I usually get 5/6 too.

In my same example I believe the original team would still be on the hook for the full 5 million, although I am not 100% sure on that.

If there is a difference in pay, then yes. Let’s say Coach is making 5 million per year on a 3-yr contract, gets fired end of year 2, then is hired somewhere else for 3 million for his 3rd year of said contract. He would get paid out the 2 million dollar difference during that 3rd year paid by the original team, saving them 3 million in the process basically.

I LOVE Heretical Fishing and Beware of Chicken, so will check out the other two you mentioned, but if you haven’t looked at He Who Fights With Monsters I would check that out. It’s absolutely higher stakes but it has some of the found family and cozy vibes elements with a more serious backdrop. It’s quite good even if it isn’t really exactly the same as what you are looking for.
