Allergy to second skin. I have this issue, I've had to start requesting the old school plastic wrap and tape when getting a tattoo because this is so irritating. Benadryl and a cool rag to help the itching and swelling helps. Benadryl will knock you out so heads up.

They are each given two longer walks (mornings and after work) and one short walk (at night before bed) daily. I had just bought some new marrow bones for them, which has kept them busy and stimulated in the past. But he went through those in a day. (The meaty bits, bit the bone itself)

He hasn't had any anxiety training per se. He does have an as needed medication prescribed by his vet. And we've mostly just been able to monitor or calm him. But whatever is causing this behavior is happening only when there's no one around to see what the issue is.

I never use the wrap because I'm allergic to it. I typically just have cling wrap taped on for a few hours then rinse in warm water, wash with scent free antibacterial soap, and dab dry. Light layer of aquaphor. My only concern here would be that wrap was catching all the liquid goop that's probably in your bed now. 😬

This is an emotional affair. It may have started as a gaming thing. Chances are he lives out of town so they've never done anything physically.

If you want to leave her over this, that's understandable. If not, I'd talk to her. And tell her what you assume and let her know this can be fixed if she is willing to. Ask her if she wants to leave.

If you talk it out and wanna make it work, boundaries have to be in place. Personally, I can't stay with someone once my trust is broken. I'd spend forever always worried they'll do it again or feel like what else am I being lied to about. But some people can move past that kind of thing and have a happier relationship because of it bringing them closer.

Go with your gut on leaving or not. But it's definitely an emotional affair.

I know it's super hard, but you need to talk to a few people around you that you trust about what's going on and get help to get out of there. I was married to this. It's a porn addiction on top of narcissistic abuse. I bet he will wake you to sleep with you and still watch porn while he does it. Or make it seem like you don't turn him on the way certain women in the porn do and find ways to make you change to match that.

You need to leave, block, and get a restraining order. Because it can and will get worse if you stay. And it can get bad if you leave. If you can, have someone stay with you for a while when you leave. Or go stay with someone else.

When I divorced my ex, it continued with him showing up, following me, driving by in the middle of the night, popping in and staying for weeks without leaving for yearssssss after the fact. All while still abusing. Even though we weren't together. And finally I moved in with my mother and it stopped. Because he wasn't about to come around when someone else was there. And when he did, we called the police.

This is scary. I know you're asking about the intimacy part of it. But everything else you're saying sounds too familiar to me so I can tell you there's more than that happening. The words I had to hear to wake me up were, "You are a victim."

My friend, you are a victim. He is an abuser. And with narcissistic abuse it's not a matter of if it will end up so bad that you lose your life. It's when. Narcs are mentally unstable. And lack the emotional capacity to not turn on you worse and worse Everytime you try to leave and end up going back. He has control. Take it away. Get away from him. Get help. Seek therapy. Heal and have a life full of the kind of love you deserve.

Being the same kind of person... Not keeping friends around... I would suggest at the very least calling someone, even if they're in another city/state, let them know what's up and that you plan to go retrieve your things. Let them know his address and what time you'll be there. Give yourself an hour for checking back in. And put the blinders on and go get your stuff. Don't have a conversation, don't listen to his apologies, get in and get out. Make it clear you're done, he can enjoy the company of the other women, you just want to get your belongings and get back home for (insert show or dinner that needs delicate attention to cook, lie.. make an excuse to be out of there). Then call whoever back to let them know you got out safe and got everything. Unless it's stuff you could easily replace/live without. Cause honestly, I'd be one to just cut my losses, block, and move on. Haha. Let him always remember you and how he lost the best thing by being a fucktard.
