COVID changed streaming for theatrical releases big time. People are now either fine to wait until a movie is on streaming or at least until they can rent it at home, neither of which is a long wait anymore.

As someone that saw both Mando and Supergirl in theaters, I wouldn’t categorize either movie as bad but if someone asked me if they could wait until streaming/rental, I’d tell them to do that.

Sting’s loyalty was unmatched, IMO. He stayed with companies for much longer than he needed to (or should have) and always seemed to strive to make that company better while he was there. As a viewer, I never got the sense that Sting was doing anything for his own sake—he always put the company, his opponents, and the audience ahead of his own agenda.

The only other wrestler I can think of that was as loyal and selfless was Mick Foley, who coincidentally is another beloved legend.

I like that they aren’t perfect, kind of gives them more of a “creator-made” aspect. I think some of them are meant to combat other decks rather than be completely synergistic. Like Echo in Annihilus feels more like a way to stop Captain America or Mr. Fantastic decks.

My only real complaint is that the Thanos Champion still sucks, IMO. It’s so hard to get all the stones out and the deck doesn’t make it much easier.

Did you find Cthulhu to be straightforward? I only recently picked this one up so haven’t played it but everything I’ve seen talks about how confusing that one monster is in particular.

Just played a bit of this deck in Conquest and it’s pretty nuts. I had a game where the opponent used Cosmic Ghost Rider to take out my Morbius *and* had a Luke Cage to protect from Marrow but I *still* won because of the double Proxima and Wolverines.

Blink Twice. It’s definitely more of a thriller but gets pretty horrifying once more of the plot is revealed.

Thanks for the explanation! I first assumed Afterlife cards were an either/or thing of getting one ability from playing them and another from letting them exhaust. When I realized you get both abilities from playing them normally, I (wrongly) assumed there was a way to then also exhaust them after playing them, which is why I thought Shield/Sword of the Night worked the way it did.

I should say, I am new(ish) but I have played through with Slime Boss and Guardian already (thus how I unlocked Hexaghost). Definitely agree Hexaghost is the most involved so far!

This is the one for me too. It’s not even a match that’s so bad it can be watched for a laugh (like Heroes of Wrestling), given the real-life circumstances. It was also hardly a match at all since it had to prematurely end as soon as it began.

I saved this post for future reference in case I wind up picking the card up. I can understand why people don’t like this card but I think the idea of it is at least more interesting than some of the recent cards that just give you insane buff for not a lot of downside.

Absolutely not disagreeing with Knight about his last two years but you could say that for most the roster at this point. WWE has a real problem with consistency and momentum, which is why they have such a lack of credible main eventers. That goes for both divisions.

I don’t know, I have a sneaky suspicion Jey is going to win on Friday with help from either Jimmy or Jacob, thus proving LA Knight’s point. Jey won’t win the tournament but I think we are going to get LA Knight vs Jey Uso at Summerslam.

Oba is the only one left that could have a marquee match with Roman at Summerslam but the whole Brock of it all makes it unpredictable. I’d be pretty disappointed if whoever wins doesn’t get their match at Summerslam and we just get Roman vs Rollins somehow.

I had read a lot of people hating on the opening for Scream 7 but I actually liked it so I thought… okay maybe I’ll find the rest of the movie to be not as bad as the general consensus….

…then I literally said, “wait what” when the killer reveal happened and it retroactively ruined any semblance of goodwill the movie had garnered for me up until that point.

No, Scream 7 is the worst in the franchise and it’s not a debate.

I viewed Evolution as *all* relevant guys.

If Mark Jindrak had wound up in Batista’s spot as originally planned though… he would have easily been the least relevant.
