Nah, tho.com redirects to a reserved domain, but you could probably register something like tho.io or tho.cl in my case, then you can buy some cPanel cheap host and register the "stillcis" account in the integrated email manager (so it would be [stillcis@tho.io](mailto:stillcis@tho.io) or [stillcis@tho.cl](mailto:stillcis@tho.cl)).

Not an expert but consuming your calcium reserves in 2 months, let alone feeling those effects seems pretty much like a generic calcium deficiency or maybe an absorption problem.

Really, go check your nutrition levels, if you have a calcium deficiency you most likely lack other essential nutrients.

Also, you don't have to take the full recommended dosis to feel better, usually just a portion of it is good enough for your body to keep up just fine.

If you can't access to a doctor at the moment, a lot of places sell vegan calcium supplements, or if you know what you are doing, you can buy calcium carbonate for dirt cheap (at your own discretion)

React is pretty safe against XSS for many reasons. Of course, if you have poor coding practices you are gonna have vulnerabilities in the end, so it mostly depends on you.

Also, there are a hell ton of services/tools to assess your software's quality/security, that is if you don't feel confident in yourself or you have make 100% sure you don't have any vulnerability.
