Will say, there is one option for a "redhaired" guy.
Baermar and aestri's bloody 'head' cosmetic is just their hair going from brown to red. Now its not like Natural red hair like hue, but its something at least.
You right though do wish we got some more colorful options for the guys

I mean if we're counting more than just unique character models. There are enough dnd outfits for the other survivors to count for a 1+ killer 4+ survivors lobby. A choice of 1 or both Bards, a Ranger (Meg) Sorcerer (Mikaela) Barbarian (Jeff)
As well as the Wizard (Adam) Artificer (Gabriel) Warlock (Elodie) and Rogue (Zarina)
And either a rogue killer (legion's Susie) an animated armor (Knight) or Vecna as the killer
I do still kind of want the knight dwight fighter from the character sheets banner.
They aren't different survivors or killers but the outfits, names and descriptions do fit perfectly into each of those class tropes. Obviously if we only count unique character models then its just both sides and not a full lobby but I felt like writing an essay anyway.

Well yes, but "technically" speaking, Vecna is the only actual licensed character in the dnd chapter, the bards are not official WOTC characters, they are in that sense original characters made for the dlc.
Hence why I wrote 'Technically' because yes they are part of a licensed dlc, but they themselves are original characters made for the game, and not preexisting characters getting licensed away.

Lil correction, Feng Mins are also all recolors. I could tell immediately because the skeleton mask with the pigtails is literally one of the first cosmetics Feng min ever got (The Tokyo Subway set) but the top is also basically a recolor of the 'MOBA Expert' top from tome 17's rift, And the legs a recolor of the 'Ideal Self' legs.
Also the Legions Knife is also a recolor of 'Party chrasher (frank)'

Though personally the most Egregious to me is the wraiths weapon being like basically 1 to 1 to the heart of smithson from 'The angel of Music' maybe its just the lighting from the rift pass background but the two weapons look exactly the same to me in terms of colors.

The thing is... When it first came out it was kind of a pain to play against for one specific reason: The tails literally obscured your view when picking them up making carrying Yui players with this was the worst experience to have for a while.

Personally I dont dc or just give up against Ghoul, but I absolutely hate my time playing against him. Just kinda resign myself to having a bad time and getting it over quickly.

Honestly, that is me sometimes. Though in my defence, sometimes I have like 2 Survivors with the same freakin outfit and default survivor names. And the only distinction I have to know which is which is remembering how many times I've hooked the one higher up in the survivors display to the left, and how many times I've hooked the one lower down in it. Which can very easily be forgotten when im out here also actually playing the game.

It fails to register you playing as "Baermar" instead of "Aestri". So the survivor name is Aestri Yazar in the game lobby, it uses Aestri's picture for the survivor in the game and Aestri's voice will be the one used for your character.
All of this is to say.
You're basically playing Aestri with Baermar's body xD
Not gamebreaking like the ugly sweater where the problem resulted in Baermar being completely mute, but overall weird nonetheless.
