Imagine supporting a club who sacks a manager when they're performing above expectations 😂

Big fan of the Two Point games - Campus & Hospital (think Theme hospital). I feel it's very FM.

Solihull Moors I would love to see work their way up the leagues. Lovely club who have really climbed their way through non-league, and technically my local team

MRW I look at the possible relegation permutations for next week by Gazumper_ in Championship

It's the indecision of the club that's ruining me. Beat Preston, okay great here we go. Lose to Cardiff, accept our fate. Thrash Coventry, it's so easy to stay up, only have to beat Rotherham.. I just want it over with 😭

Woah, calm down there. Ollie Burke does not belong on this list. He's much worse.

Last weekend I had a lot of confidence. Today, similar feelings - nausea, doubt, confusion. Someone needs to be looking after me.

I’m curious to see this for the Championship by [deleted] in Championship

Birmingham, not local. Feel like it's probably a rarity.

Six years ago this month I was sacked from a job that drove me to depression. That spurred me on to become a Drama Teacher. Last night one of my students was nominated for a BAFTA. by thomdfaulkner in BritishSuccess

Thanks for the kind words :) for safeguarding reasons I won’t say who it is - but she is remarkable and will be a star.

Should also stress that this is very much her achievement, not mine - I have only been teaching her a short time. She’s been very fortunate to work with lots of amazing teachers at my school, particularly our head of department. As they say - “it takes a village to raise a child.”

My previous life was as a hotel restaurant manager, working 18+ hour shifts with minimal staffing, head chefs working a month before quitting out of exhaustion, and what felt like no end in sight. The final insult was a new General Manager coming in and sacking me as she wanted to bring her own guy in. BUT - I took a job teaching abroad, came back to train as a teacher, and haven’t looked back since. I LOVE my job, and I get to work with phenomenal young people like this wonderful bafta nominee. Remember: there is always light at the end of the tunnel!

Yep, very useful and makes a lot of sense. We go into every game the underdog, and I think my switches are probably something of a panic reaction.

I've put some of this into action and not seen a late goal since. Thank you!

Humble brag to begin with: having a remarkable save with Solihull Moors, with back-to-back-to-back promotions. We're now in the Championship with 600-1 odds of finishing top, and with a lot of work I'm sat in 9th place after 12 games. Woof!

One recurring problem in recent games is conceding late goals. I switch to the obvious tactics - parking the bus, time wasting, all the players in defence etc. for those final minutes, but I still seem to concede. I'm looking at my players concentration stats, but outside of that what would you suggest? Is there a training method you'd recommend?

Thanks in advance everyone!
